With multiple decades of combined recruitment experience, the Appoint Consulting team have already placed hundreds of candidates into roles across Lincolnshire and The Humber.
We know it’s a big decision to join a new company or hire new talent, and we take our responsibility to make the proper introductions seriously.
What do we do?
We get to know both our clients and candidates inside and out, as we know it’s an important part of creating the right match.
We offer a range of support to candidates, including career assessment, coaching, digital footprint advice, and psychometric testing. We always help with interview preparation, and because we know our clients so well, we offer real insight into each organisation, too.
