Our client is looking for a Service Reception Advisor to join their team. Previous experience (2-3yrs+) in a similar role within the industry is required.
The role is based on the reception desk so you will be the first point of contact. The role will act as a liaison between customers and the Service Department. Communication is key, as the role needs to liaise with both the customer regarding the work needing to be carried out; (face to face, email, telephone) with a timeline for completion and advising the Service Department both verbally and through worksheets as to the work required. The role requires exemplary customer service skills coupled with a sales-minded attitude.
Your duties will include:

Mon-Fri 8.00am/8.30am – 5.00pm/5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch and every 2nd Sat 8.00am -1pm, but flexible to business needs.
Salary circa £21,000- £23,000 + bonus (dependent on experience)
