Appoint Consulting are proud to be recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist for a well established client based in the centre of Newark.
As the receptionist you are in charge of making excellent first impressions, the first voice customers, suppliers and colleagues will hear, the first person they will meet when they arrive.
As such we are looking for a professional person to take pride in looking after the reception area, to meet and greet clients and suppliers with a friendly and helpful manor and effectively answer and direct calls from the switch board to the team.
You may also be asked to support with light administration duties for example diary management and sorting and distributing post.
This is a brilliant opportunity for the right Receptionist candidate to work in a beautiful purpose built building, alongside a welcoming, hard working and fun team, working Monday – Friday 9.30am – 2.30pm.
The ideal Receptionist will have:
