Part Time Office Administrator Part Time

Our client is a well-established electrical engineers’ with their head office in Grimsby. Due to growth they are looking to hire a part-time Office Administrator to support with the day to day running of the office. This role is part-time hours over three or four days, hours are negotiable to suit both applicant and business.
Key duties
– General typing duties, letters, emails, reports, etc
– Filing, both manual and electronic
– Dealing with enquiries and queries both face to face, over the phone and electronically


Requirements

Requirements
– Experience in a similar role is advantageous
– Excellent eye for detail
– Good computer skills, ability to use microsoft
– Good communication skills
