Marketing Executive Full Time

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for delivering marketing and communications campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.

This job is ideal for someone who has entrepreneurial flair, knows how to get things done quickly and can work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Updating, maintaining and optimising the website to continually grow high quality organic search traffic
• Planning, designing and writing engaging and compelling content for the website, blog, social media, flyers, posters and other promotional materials
• Design work including creating marketing collateral, website content, social media assets,
• Plan, design and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to maximise audience engagement, lead generation and sales
• Write, design, and deliver effective email campaigns to maximise retention.
• Actively monitor social channels and marketing campaigns. Analyse platform metrics and produce monthly analytical reports for management. Determine which strategies are the most effective in maximising sales
• Undertake market research to identify new trends and opportunities. Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and feed this into activities

Requirements:

• Experience within a generalist marketing role is required
• A genuine passion for marketing and getting results is required
• The ability to create and implement effective marketing campaigns
• A ‘can do’ attitude
• The ability to self-motivate is a must
