Data Analyst/Software Development Tutor
Appoint Consulting are proud to be recruiting for a Data Analyst / Software Development Tutor for our client, a national training provider. The main purpose of this role is to deliver online training to a variety of different learners.
Role and Responsibilities for the Data Analyst/Software Development Tutor:
· Ensuring that a high standard of quality and curriculum is delivered and maintained
· Continuously aiming to build and maintain relationships with learners
· Keeping track of learners’ progress and motivating them to progress whilst ensuring that they are engaging alongside the process
· Keep up to date records of learners
· Dealing with any support requests from learners via phone or email
· All other related duties as required
Experience and Skills required for the Data Analyst/Software Development Tutor:
· Strong understanding of data analysis, why, what, when, how (collecting, storing, transforming, formatting, presenting dashboards etc etc)
· Able to confidently deliver training via zoom, engaging learners throughout the course
· Ability to react quickly when things don’t go to plan
· Strong understanding of relationship marketing and CRM
· Understand what’s available in the industry, CRM wise
· Intermediate to Advanced Excel – preferably, trained all the way to Power BI as a Business Intelligence platform
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and Wordpress to a high standard
· PHP imo for app development
· CSS
· Figma or similar for wireframing
· Canva
· Experience working with multiple CMS’ with a deep understanding of Wordpress, Woocommerce and Learndash
· Aware of the technologies and authoring tools required to create an engaging/interactive course (SCORM, xAPI, ISpring, articulate, captivate etc)
